Experience; Andy has worked in Outdoor Education for over 20 years and is Deputy Leader of one of the local Mountain Rescue Teams.

 Experience. Kath has worked in Outdoor Education for over 8 years both in Centres and as a Freelance Instructor. She has also worked as a Supply Teacher in Primary Schools in Cumbria.

 Olli and Richard are the current trainee instructors, working with the permanent instructors  delivering an outdoor programme to clients while gaining experience and undertaking national governing body awards when appropriate.
